In a year when live events cannot be held safely, SIO will be presenting a free live Webinar led by Sake Samurai and SIO Education Director Michael Tremblay with a panel of sake experts, providing an immersion experience into sake’s regional history, trends, and ingredients through Spirit of Sake Mixed Sake Tasting Case - 6 sakes crafted by some of Japan’s most esteemed breweries and our own local brewery Ontario Spring Water Sake Co., makers of the IZUMI brand.

The virtual Kampai Toronto event will be graced by opening remarks from Consul-General Takako Ito, Representative of the Government of Japan in Ontario.
