Kampai Toronto allows the Sake Institute of Ontario to reach its principal objective of educating and promoting the responsible consumption and enjoyment of sake. The Sake Institute of Ontario is a not-for-profit trade organization of Ontario-based sake distributors and manufacturers who want to spread the word and educate consumers to the versatility, culture and history of this unique beverage.
