Sake Institute of Ontario (SIO) is officially announcing the return of Kampai Toronto as an in-person event! We invite you to once again come together with friends and fellow enthusiasts to explore sakes from Japan and around the world, chat with vendors and brewers & sample food from a selection of Toronto’s finest Japanese restaurants.

The 10th edition of Kampai Toronto will be held at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre (JCCC) in conjunction with World Sake Day on the evening of Saturday October 1^st. We are excited to partner with the JCCC which is one of the largest, most vibrant Japanese cultural institutions in the world, offering a perfect setting to experience the extensive history, boundless culture and impressive legacy of sake, a beverage which continues to evolve and innovate over centuries to this day.

Since its inception in 2012 this Festival of Sake (also Canada’s largest!) has been the go-to event to celebrate sake by interacting with distributors and manufacturers while sampling an incredible array of sakes in a range of styles.
