Kampai Toronto is owned & organized by the Sake Institute of Ontario (SIO). The Sake Institute of Ontario is an incorporated not- for-profit sake association consisting of all the major sake distributors in Ontario (Bruce Ashley Group, Corby Distilleries, JFC(Canada), Kado Enterprise, Kimura Enterprise, Metropolitan Wines, Ozawa Canada, Ontario Spring Water Sake Co., Sakagura Canada, Select Wines Merchants and That’s Life Gourmet). The goal of the SIO is to increase the knowledge, education/awareness of sake and to promote the responsible consumption of
